D.N.A. – Mario (2009)
D.N.A. (previously known as And Then There Was Me) is the fourth studio album from American R&B singer Mario. It was released first in the United Kingdom on October 12 by RCA Music Group, then October 13 in the United States. It was released in Japan on October 21 by J Records. On the album Mario has worked with previous hitmakers Bryan-Michael Cox as well as new collaborators including The-Dream, Soundz and Jim Jonsin amongst others.

It was initially released on June 3, 2009, in Japan and later worldwide from June 9, 2009. The production is led by will.i.am who takes the album away from the group's traditional hip-hop style into a new era of electro-hop. The album features more anthemic and inspirational songs in a bid to appeal to a new generation of music listeners.

Spending the first full week at the top, the album increased in sales to 203,000 copies, staying again with the number one spot on its second week.
Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel – Mariah Carey (2009)
Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is the twelfth studio album by American R&B and pop recording artist Mariah Carey. Originally scheduled for release on August 25, 2009, the project was released on September 25, 2009, in Netherlands and Poland through Universal Music, September 29 with Island Records in the US and will be released November 16 with Mercury Records in the UK.
